And Another Thing…Someone Being a Jerk to You (or worse)? The A**Hole Test!

“…Have you ever seen, observed, or been subjected to prolonged bullying or repeated bullying?”

“Replies vary slightly from year to year, but essentially 50% of Americans say “Yes.” And then, when asked, “Have you ever been the perpetrator?” — less than one-half of 1% answer yes.

“Obviously, something is wrong…”

So reports Shana Lynch, Senior Editor, Stanford Graduate School of Business—Marketing & Communication, referencing a Workplace Bullying Institute study in her online article, ” Work With a Jerk? Here’s How To Survive.”

Additionally, according to Robert Sutton, also a Stanford Professor, in his new book “The Asshole Survival Guide: How to Deal with People Who Treat You Like Dirt” some people are just clueless about the fact that they are one!

And he uses the words “evidence-based,” so he must be right!

So as a public service, to start 2018 off right; we offer a little A*S*S*H*O*L*E test ourselves, to share with others (of course, self-assessment is not necessary, right?) so that they may become better aware of who they are, in the dreamy hopes that they may someday modify their behavior, and true TEAM can be actualized, because really, Together Everyone Achieves More!

Uhm…….yeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhh (and we’re gonna need you to come in on Sunday, too).

Changing the world, one cubi at a time. Yes. Hey, it ain’t Myers-Briggs, but it doesn’t take as long either; and truly, just a bit of humor here, folks! Feel Free to Share and Enjoy a Happy and Mentally Healthy 2018!!
